8 Thoughts to “Cyprus At Record Electricity Demand; Northern Hemisphere Snow Mass Well-Above Average; Japan’s Record-Breaking Winter To Worsen; + Extreme February”
Tokyo warmer than ave every day this month except one was a bit below. Forecast 68F on March first in a heatwave the last four days of February in the low 60s.
Japan getting Lake Effect snow from warmer than ave Pacific Ocean. Cyclones in the Pacific O pulling cold air off Russia and China. No cyclones no offshore winds no snow. Cyclones from solar activity.
Cyprus is in a thick SO2 plume now from volcanos, it’s 55F not freezing. The whole region in a thick SO2 plume from Morrocco to Finland the East across Russia joinig the SO2 plume from Kamchatka across the Pacific O to here.
I’m watching the solar flares and volcanos tonight, the wind here is gusting 55mph, power going out now and then. Check out the solar flare on SolarHam on Monday night and the giant Earth facing coronal holes that also cause quakes and volcanos.
You know how much NG Cyprus has? Like using a bit is news? Top news on the planet is that?
Aloha folks: Today, Tuesday 2.25.25, Clear Skies, temp at 79ºF. All the snow from last weeks snowfall has melted and the pools of water from the snowmelt have evaporated. Just another perfect day in Central Oklahoma.
I will have to confess to releasing massive amounts of natural gas into the Oklahoma atmosphere, though the ‘gas release’ stopped when I changed my diet. Good thing, as the stopping of the gas releases stopped the threat of “Climate Change.”

Temperatures at my N. Alabama, USA location have moderated to the low to mid 70sF today and tomorrow for daytime highs. Afterward, they drift downward 10-15 degrees for the rest of the 7-day period. Lows back down to freezing.
I could go to the mailbox today without bundling up 🙂
Here in Metcalfe County KY it is at 3:88 PM 65.4F ambient lite breeze from the W at 12 mph…and the SUN IS SHINING!
We will have this for maybe until March 1. But it is KY so the weather can change in an …oops it did it. Sun went in so cloudy now. Oh well had some sunshine. Anyway hope y’all are dry & warm especially Deb.

On the DSCOVR chart the density/speed goes up, the temp goes up.

The last solar wind storm is also on the way back around for another electron spike on the chart. That’s the Sun’s polarities rotating around until they go back up to the poles, N/Red, S/Green.
